Who This Is For

This is a peer support group for men and women to come together and share your need to set extreme boundaries or even “cut off” from your family in order to live your own, authentic, emotionally safe life.

Topics we will cover

• The importance of creating and maintaining healthy boundaries
• Communicating with someone who is hostile and uncooperative
• Acknowledging and holding the grief of lost family bonds
• Creating “chosen family”
• Finding your authentic self in the ruins of abuse
